Target all aspects of your large and small core and stabilizing muscles in this core yoga class practiced in the aerial yoga swings! It's challenging and fun all in one! All levels are welcome as each class is targeted to each of the participants abilities and levels ranging from easy to advanced. Only two spaces are available per aerial classes and so each participant is monitored and guided and challenged individually. Sweat and swing!!

Beginners Meditation

This is an introductory course into how to meditate where we explore numerous different ways to meditate. Come experiment with your mind and consciousness and find a meditation modality that best suits you to build your own meditation practice upon! Bring a journal to take notes or we will provide one for you. Each class has a maximum of three students and so it will be personalized for you and based on your experience, interest and needs.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga

90 minute Hatha Yoga classes are tailored to beginner and intermediate levels. This Sivananda style class is a classical, slow paced, meditative class that encourages proper breathing, flexibility, strength, and relaxation, while also calming the mind and relieving stress. A typical class will include: Pranayama (breathing exercises), Sun Salutations, some variation of the 12 basic asanas (postures), with relaxation between asanas, finish with deep relaxation & meditation. Limited to 3 students.

Restorative Aerial Yoga

Restorative Aerial Yoga

Deeply relax and restore your tired and sore body along with your mind and spirit as you are completely supported while being “hugged” by the yoga silks! This is the most relaxing class The Studio offers. You will receive a continuous compression massage with each pose and therefore will feel like a puddle of yum and a nap 💤 at the close of this immensely restorative session. Beginners level, no experience necessary. With only two spaces available, each class is tailored to your individual needs.

Strong Core PIYO: With Pilates & Yoga

Strong Core Pilates/Yoga (PIYO) uses asanas and Pilates moves on the floor and in the yoga swings to strengthen and reinforce your abs, glutes, and back. Strengthen your entire core to condition your body for more advanced yoga poses and overall fitness. Fun and challenging! Consists of 50 min of workand alternating relaxing between followed by 10 min of full body and mind relaxation! With the maximum of three people per class, each is tailored to your individual needs.

Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is the ultimate relaxation. In Yoga Nidra, you will enter into a deep state of relaxation. This state involves moving from a consciousness while awake to dreaming, and then to not-dreaming while remaining awake, going past the unconscious to the conscious. Includes weighted sand bags to deepen your relaxation!

The 3.5 hour session includes a personalized consultation, 90 minutes of massage and 90 minutes of personalized private yoga instruction.
