This is an introductory course into how to meditate where we explore numerous different ways to meditate. Come experiment with your mind and consciousness and find a meditation modality that best suits you to build your own meditation practice upon! Bring a journal to take notes or we will provide one for you. Each class has a maximum of three students and so it will be personalized for you and based on your experience, interest and needs.

Learn to meditate or learn new techniques to enhance your current meditation practice in a one-on-one setting. Learn what meditation is and isn’t and take your practice to a new level. Opt to meditate sitting/lying on the floor or in a yoga swing and to include pranayama practice at the start.
