Target all aspects of your large and small core and stabilizing muscles in this core yoga class practiced in the aerial yoga swings! It's challenging and fun all in one! All levels are welcome as each class is targeted to each of the participants abilities and levels ranging from easy to advanced. Only two spaces are available per aerial classes and so each participant is monitored and guided and challenged individually. Sweat and swing!!

Deeply Relaxing Restorative Yoga with Sand

Discover the calming fusion of gentle postures and the power of the added weight of sand-bags in Restorative Yoga with Sand, a unique class designed to soothe and rejuvenate the body and mind. Immerse yourself in deep relaxation as the grounding sensations of the sand support you, enhancing the restorative power of each yoga pose. With only 4 spaces available, each class is personalized for your individual needs.

Hatha Yoga

90 minute Hatha Yoga classes are tailored to beginner and intermediate levels. This Sivananda style class is a classical, slow paced, meditative class that encourages proper breathing, flexibility, strength, and relaxation, while also calming the mind and relieving stress. A typical class will include: Pranayama (breathing exercises), Sun Salutations, some variation of the 12 basic asanas (postures), with relaxation between asanas, finish with deep relaxation & meditation. Limited to 3 students.

Intro to Aerial Yoga

Come try out a 90 minute Intro to Aerial Yoga class! It's such an interesting, relaxing & fun way to stretch and strengthen while exploring the yoga swing as a beginner! No experience is necessary and we go at your pace! Only two spaces are currently available for our aerial classes so each class is private and personalized!

Restorative Aerial Yoga

Deeply relax and restore your tired and sore body along with your mind and spirit as you are completely supported while being “hugged” by the yoga silks! This is the most relaxing class The Studio offers. You will receive a continuous compression massage with each pose and therefore will feel like a puddle of yum and a nap 💤 at the close of this immensely restorative session. Beginners level, no experience necessary. With only two spaces available, each class is tailored to your individual needs.

Strong Core PIYO: With Pilates & Yoga

Strong Core Pilates/Yoga (PIYO) uses asanas and Pilates moves on the floor and in the yoga swings to strengthen and reinforce your abs, glutes, and back. Strengthen your entire core to condition your body for more advanced yoga poses and overall fitness. Fun and challenging! Consists of 50 min of workand alternating relaxing between followed by 10 min of full body and mind relaxation! With the maximum of three people per class, each is tailored to your individual needs.

Yoga Nidra: Guided Full Body Relaxation

Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is the ultimate relaxation. In Yoga Nidra, you will enter into a deep state of relaxation. This state involves moving from a consciousness while awake to dreaming, and then to not-dreaming while remaining awake, going past the unconscious to the conscious. Includes weighted sand bags to deepen your relaxation!

Ashiatsu is the recommended treatment for most clients, and especially those who need deep tissue treatment. However, there are some contraindications:

Pregnancy or trying to conceive
Uncontrolled high blood pressure

Healing Joint Wrap

Reduce pain and inflammation and increase mobility in the joints with a healing castor oil wrap. Excellent for arthritic joints and those awaiting joint replacement surgery. Try it and see if it helps you and if it does, include a wrap as an add-on to future massages or our staff will educate you how to buy the appropriate products and self apply at home for continued relief.

Learn to Massage Your Loved One!

Can't afford to get regular massages?Learn to massage your loved ones pain and tension away! You will learn about your loved ones areas of tension, the muscle names and locations plus simple techniques for how you can help one another relieve your specific areas of tension/pain. Bring a notebook to take notes. In this two hour class you will each learn how to do a simple massage routine-designed specifically to address each of your individual needs-on one another to help reduce tension in perpetuity!

Luxury Hawaiian Massage

Includes lomilomi massage, hot pohaku stone, foot Hawaiian sea salt scrub and wrap, and deluxe head and scalp treatment. Let us transport you to Hawaiʻi. This healing treatment blends rhythmic lomilomi and pohaku (hot stone) massage to induce deep relaxation and release tension. An infusion of coconut oil, shea butter, and island essences are melted into the skin leaving it soft and nourished. A purifying sea salt foot scrub and hydrating scalp massage top off this serene experience.

Lymphatic Massage

Need help pumping clean your lymphatic system? Then this is the treatment for you. Starting with the feet and continuing up to the head, this gentle massage treatment targeting the lymphatic system will help relieve fluid retention and pressure and improve the efficiency of this important waste removal system as a whole.

Myofacial Release Massage

If you have the sensation of feeling tight and stiff all over and nothing seems to help release your tension, then this specialty massage treatment may be the answer. In this 90 minute treatment, we target your main areas of tension and pain and aim to release the fascia throughout your entire body. This helps to relieve numbness in the limbs from multiple sclerosis. This helps to relieve pain from neuropathy, and it helps to relax you from head to toe in a unique and profound way.

Post Baby Massage Tune-up

Are you feeling like you want to return to your old body with less aches and pains after giving birth? Then this is the treatment for you! Learn ergonomic tips to better hold your body to reduce future pain while relieving the current pain you have and returning your body, especially your core area to the feeling and sensations that you had before baby. Leave feeling pampered, refreshed and anew!

Prenatal Massage

A gentle pampering treatment specifically designed for mothers-to-be, targeting areas in need of special attention. Please note that expectant mothers must be beyond their first trimester to partake. Clients may request the use of pregnancy bolsters so that they may lie on their tummy for part or all of the treatment.

Reiki

A Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is done lying down, fully clothed, and can be done with or without physical touch.

It begins with a circular dry brush scrub of the entire body to release toxins and invigorate the skin followed up with a full body application of heated CBD & Arnica muscle release oil & then relax completely while wrapped up in heat and nap for 40 minutes!
